November 2011: Michel Dyens & Co. acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of the Specialty Pharmaceuticals and OTC company Scharper SpA, Milan in their divestiture of a stake to IDB Holding SpA, Milan. Through its subsidiaries, IDB Holding is an internationally present leader in the research and development, production and marketing of plant extracts, derivatives and active ingredients for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and health-food industries.
